Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, follow-up, denials, and cash posting. You will mentor staff, monitor metrics, and drive improvements in cash collections and account resolution.

The role requires 4+ years in PFS or revenue cycle and 1–2+ years in supervision, with strong payer knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Travel and time-zone considerations apply for a remote position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle roles (billing, AR, denials, collections, self-pay).
• 1–2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of HB and PB patient lifecycle and payer processes.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality, service levels and staff performance.
• Experience with centralized revenue cycle operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow-up, denials and appeals, self-pay, cash posting, and reconciliation.
• Monitor queues, aging, and backlogs; align staffing to volume and service levels.
• Oversee payer follow-up across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and other payers.
• Coach and develop PFS staff; conduct regular performance reviews and huddles.
• Drive standardization, workflows, and data-driven improvements in cash flow and account resolution.
