Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Patient Financial Services Supervisor to lead daily revenue cycle operations across HB and PB functions, mentor teams, and drive cash collections improvements.

This is a remote role with nationwide eligibility, requiring 4+ years in hospital PFS or revenue cycle and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience. You will oversee insurance follow‑up, denials management, self‑pay workflows, cash posting, and performance metrics, partnering across departments to optimize

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hospital Patient Financial Services or revenue cycle experience.
• 1--2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of HB/PB patient account lifecycle and payer processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, quality and service levels in multi‑hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PFS operations for billing, insurance follow‑up, denials/appeals, self‑pay, cash posting, and final account resolution.
• Manage work queues, aging, unapplied cash, backlogs and align resources to workload and staffing capacity.
• Monitor staffing, volumes and service levels; rebalance resources to maintain performance.
• Ensure SOPs, payer requirements and account documentation standards are followed.
• Identify barriers and drive resolution to improve reimbursement and patient experience.
