• Lead daily PFS operations including billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, self‑pay, cash posting.
• Manage work queues, AR inventories, aging, backlogs with staffing alignment.
• Monitor staffing, volumes, service levels; rebalance resources.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, SOPs, payer requirements, and policies.
• Identify barriers and drive remediation for reimbursement and cash flow.
• Oversee insurance follow‑up across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers.
• Monitor aging, denials, appeals, timely filing deadlines.
• Support payer escalations with documentation of trends and actions.
