Job summary

Pumpkin is seeking an Insurance Agent who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Care. This role handles insurance and non-insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and processes enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks.

The evening shift runs 12:00–8:30pm EST, and the position is remote across the United States. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, are comfortable with ticketing software, and hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service with high interaction.
• Familiarity with ticketing software like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Gladly.
• Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media.
• Process new enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks in compliance with policies.
• Educate customers on product offerings and opportunities to add coverage.
• Use ticketing and back-office tools to manage tasks and track performance.
