Job summary

Pumpkin is seeking a Licensed Customer Care Agent who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Care. To apply for this role, candidates MUST have an active P&C License.

This friendly and motivated individual will respond to insurance and non-insurance customer service inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and will help process new enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks. The shift for this role is 12:00-8:30pm EST, and the position is remote across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License with NPN number required.
• Prior experience in a customer service role with high customer interaction.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk, Kustomer or Gladly.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care across phone, email, text, chat and social channels.
• Research, respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Process new enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks in line with policy.
• Use ticketing and back-office software to track performance and data entry.
