Job summary

Pumpkin is seeking a Licensed Customer Care Agent for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on responding to insurance and non-insurance inquiries via multiple channels and processing enrollments and claims. A P&C license is required, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required with NPN number
• Experience in customer service with high degree of customer interface
• Experience using ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care across phone, email, text, chat and social media in a timely, efficient manner
• Research and respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries
• Process new enrollments, incoming claims, and ongoing fulfillment tasks
• Educate customers on product offerings and take initiative to upsell coverage
• Use ticketing and back-office software to manage and track performance
• Data entry for the above tasks
• Other duties as assigned
