Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent communication skills to diverse partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
• Organizational skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Research local regulatory conditions and stay current on market changes.
• Present data-driven insights to management and advise on market responses.
• Identify emerging trends and analyze data to inform strategy.
• Translate findings into actionable processes and policy recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and mentor junior team members.
• Lead complex projects and support product implementation as SME in local market.
• Prepare policy language with minimal Legal assistance and maintain guidelines.
