Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is pursuing a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines—Remote role, enabling strategic consultancy on regulatory changes and market trends. You will lead cross-functional projects, advise senior leadership, and support product implementations with data-driven recommendations.

You will research local regulatory conditions, present findings to management, and mentor team members while collaborating with partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience, with typically 5+ years in the personal lines P&C industry.
• Prior experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy and development, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products.
• Outstanding analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of partners.

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Presents findings to leadership and advises on approaches to market changes and regulatory responses.
• Identifies emerging trends in the assigned territory and analyzes data to inform strategies.
• Translates analysis into applicable recommendations, such as process changes or strategy guidance.
• Provides interpretation and insight on proposals; guides outcomes as a business consultant.
• Collaborates with colleagues across the organization at all levels; supports new product implementation as SME in local market.
• Leads cross-functional projects and mentorship of junior team members.
• Crafts policy language with minimal Legal assistance and maintains rule manuals.
