CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines - Remote to act as a strategic business consultant and market expert on regulatory changes and emerging trends that impact business decisions.

In this remote role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, support product implementation, advise senior leadership, and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations across the Personal Lines segment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience, 5+ in the personal lines P&C industry.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business consultant and market expert on regulatory changes and emerging trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support product implementation.
• Advise senior leadership and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.
• Provide mentorship and training to less seasoned team members.
• Craft sophisticated policy language with minimal assistance from Legal.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization at all levels.
