CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines - Remote, to serve as a strategic business consultant with market insights. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, advise senior leadership, and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.

You will stay current on regulatory changes, identify trends in the assigned territory, and support product implementation as the SME in the local market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in personal lines P&C and state product management preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research local regulatory conditions and provide market insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and advise senior leadership.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.
• Mentor team members and support new product implementation as SME.
• Present findings to management up to VP level and collaborate across teams.
