CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines - Remote. This role serves as a strategic business consultant and market expert, providing insights on regulatory changes, emerging trends, and business impacts.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, support product implementation, advise senior leadership, and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations across the United States.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of related work experience in personal lines P&C.
Experience in state product management or related functions.
Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to lead through influence and present to senior management.

Responsibilities

Research local regulatory conditions.
Present data-driven insights to management levels.
Identify emerging trends and analyze data to inform strategy.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects (system defects, forms, contracting changes).
Provide mentorship and training to less seasoned team members.
Draft policy language with minimal Legal assistance.
Support new product implementation as SME in the local market.
Prepare filing objection responses and manage market conduct exams.
