CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines - Remote, to act as a strategic business consultant and market expert. You will guide regulatory insights, emerging trends, and business impact while leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting product implementations.

You will present to senior leadership, mentor teammates, and collaborate across the organization to implement data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and operations in the local market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in related work experience; 5+ in personal lines P&C.
• Prior state product management or related functions (pricing, strategy, data).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products.
• Outstanding analytical and processing skills with big-picture view.
• Excellent communication skills; clear to diverse partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
• Organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert knowledge of insurance concepts.
