Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines - Remote, to act as a strategic business consultant and market expert across the United States. You will monitor regulatory changes, analyze trends, and influence strategy with data-driven recommendations.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and shepherding new product implementations. You will lead complex projects, present to senior management, and ensure policy language and eligibility

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in related work, 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management or related functions.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and present to senior leadership.
