Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines in a remote-friendly role across the United States. You will serve as a strategic business consultant, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.

You will research regulatory changes, identify emerging trends in the Personal Lines market, and support product implementation while mentoring team members and presenting to senior management up to VP level.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in personal lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management roles or related functions.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research local regulatory conditions and market changes.
