Job summary

Insurance Office of America is hiring a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This fully remote role supports the Private Client Group with policy servicing, correspondence, and carrier coordination, requiring an active P&C license and 2+ years in personal lines.

Ideal candidates will handle endorsements, proofs of insurance, and premium communications, while coordinating with Account Managers to support growth and retention. Requires 8‑5 PST availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance.
