Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. The role is fully remote for candidates able to work 8-5 PST, supporting personal lines accounts and maintaining active P&C licensure.

California market experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include policy servicing, correspondence management, underwriting support, and collaboration with Account Managers to service books of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service with professional communication and first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
