Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain communication with supervisors about performance and coaching feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain licensure and continuing education.
• Build and maintain relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Develop industry knowledge and insurance expertise to support clients and growth.
• Champion IOA values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
