Responsibilities include policy servicing, correspondence, carrier coordination, and claims assistance. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely service, and collaboration with Account Managers to grow and retain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage emails, faxes, and return mail for timely updates to client records.
• Coordinate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors about performance and coaching feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain licensure and ongoing education.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise.
