Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This role supports the account management team with policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination. Fully remote for candidates in Pacific Time, with onsite hybrid considerations per policy.

The ideal candidate holds a current P&C license, has 2+ years in personal lines, and can obtain licensing in 50 states. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage emails, fax, and return mail with timely client record updates.
• Support underwriting and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes when needed.
• Communicate performance feedback and follow coaching.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and licensure.
