Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This fully remote role supports personal lines accounts, with a strong emphasis on policy servicing, admin support, and client communications, while coordinating with carriers to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in personal lines, holds an active P&C license, and can obtain licensure in all 50 states. Strong MS Office skills and excellent service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license and the ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent client service and strive for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage emails, faxes, and return mail to keep client records updated.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors about performance and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, and carriers.
• Develop industry knowledge and insurance expertise to support growth.
• Champion IOA core values with integrity and leadership.
