The role focuses on policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service while maintaining licensure. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in personal lines, holds an active P&C license, and can obtain licensing in all 50 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process policy servicing tasks: endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, address changes with accuracy.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and continuing education requirements.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Strengthen industry knowledge and technical insurance skills.
