Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks a Private Client Group Account Associate for personal lines. The role supports account management, policy servicing, and client communications in a fully remote setup with a 8-5 PST schedule.

California license is strongly preferred and multi-state licensing is encouraged. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in personal lines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with carriers to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in personal lines insurance.
• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• High accuracy when handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and anticipate client needs.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documents.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes when needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and act on feedback.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen insurance knowledge to support clients and business.
