Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Work with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Assist with facilitating client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance expectations.
