Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate for fully remote work with a California presence and 8-5 PST schedule.

The role focuses on policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers to support personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in personal lines, an active P&C license, and the ability to obtain licensing nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in California personal lines preferred.
• Ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining professional communication, and striving for first-call resolution.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications, ensuring timely updates to client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with insurance carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to support the servicing of books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Claims Assistance: Assist with the facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Performance Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance expectations; implement coaching feedback.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining active licensure and continuing education.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Continuously strengthen industry knowledge, technical skills, and insurance expertise to support client and business needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
