Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive client service with accurate record updates.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage email, fax, and mail communications and track client records.
• Coordinate with carriers and account managers to gather underwriting info.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents.
• Support claims facilitation and client inquiries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ongoing licensure.
• Develop relationships with IOA agents, leadership, and carriers.
• Pursue professional development and industry knowledge.
• Support growth, retention, and exceptional client experiences.
