Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This fully remote role supports Private Client Group personal lines accounts, requires an active P&C license, and prefers prior California personal lines experience.

Key duties include policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination to ensure timely service. Strong organizational, detail-oriented skills and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining professional communication, and striving for first-call resolution.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications, ensuring timely updates to client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with insurance carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to support the servicing of books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Claims Assistance: Assist with the facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining active licensure and continuing education.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Continuously strengthen industry knowledge, technical skills, and insurance expertise to support client and business needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
