Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Representative in Personal Lines to deliver responsive, high-quality support in Cincinnati. You’ll identify client needs, guide decisions, and build strong relationships while using digital tools to streamline service.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm EST, within a Cincinnati zone. You’ll work to explain coverage clearly, assist with policy changes and renewals, and contribute to retention through consultative client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Hold a P&C license.
• Clear and client-friendly communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted contact delivering responsive, accurate Personal Lines support.
• Handle inbound/outbound interactions across channels with clear, efficient communication.
• Explain coverages, options, and billing steps to clients.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
• Assist with claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Leverage digital tools to deliver faster, streamlined service.
