Gallagher is seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Manager to deliver responsive, high‑quality support while developing trusted client partnerships. You’ll handle policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals and explain coverage clearly using our digital tools to streamline service.

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Hold a P&C license or commit to obtaining it within 90 days.
• Communicate coverage and next steps clearly to clients.
• Stay organized and detail‑oriented across tasks.
• Demonstrate a client‑first mindset with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Proactively solve problems and handle inquiries with care.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact within a pooled model, delivering responsive support across Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions across channels with clear, relationship‑focused service.
• Handle billing inquiries, guiding payments and resolutions for timely outcomes.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and compliantly.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in a client‑friendly way.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Take a proactive, consultative approach to identify needs and strengthen coverage solutions.
• Resolve standard requests independently, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, streamlined service.
• Build trust through consistent, high‑quality interactions that drive retention.
