You’ll handle inquiries, maintain documentation, and use Epic/Vertafore to manage accounts, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth in a friendly community.

• Strong client relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage for their evolving lives.
• Proactively reach out to clients before their renewals to discuss any life changes or coverage needs.
• Address incoming inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, or claims with patience and clarity.
• Analyze renewal data to identify potential retention risks and create thoughtful solutions to keep our clients protected.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our agency management system.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a seamless experience for every policyholder.
