Qualifications

• Hold a P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted contact within a pooled model delivering responsive, accurate support across Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions across channels with clear, relationship-focused experiences.
• Handle billing inquiries, guide payments and resolutions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals with accuracy and compliance.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in a client-friendly way.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting clear expectations.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, more streamlined service.
• Build trust through consistent high-quality interactions that drive retention.
