Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact within a pooled model for Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound/outbound interactions across channels with clarity and care.
• Handle billing inquiries and guide payments.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
• Explain coverages and options clearly to clients.
• Support claims and set expectations for next steps.
• Proactively identify client needs and strengthen coverage solutions.
• Resolve routine requests independently and escalate complex cases.
