Patriot Growth Insurance Services is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for a remote, full-time role. You will handle daily policy service, endorsements, billing inquiries, and relationship management across a personal lines book, coordinating with producers, carriers, and account support teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to regulatory standards, with emphasis on client communication and cross-department collaboration.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in sales, account management, customer service, insurance servicing, or related client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering high service levels.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and business tech tools.

Mansioni

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and service-related requests with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Review policy documentation and coverage changes to align with carrier requirements and agency procedures.
• Coordinate new business onboarding to transition smoothly from sales to ongoing account service.
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities and support producers for client retention and growth.
• Facilitate communication between clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support mid-term remarketing and account servicing throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates for compliance and operations.
