Jobot is seeking a driven Plaintiff Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to manage a dedicated personal injury caseload under the Partner, focusing on pre-litigation advocacy, demand drafting, settlement negotiation, and high-touch client communication.

This hybrid position in Durham, NC offers a base salary of $80,000 to $115,000 with a 25% origination bonus and discretionary year-end bonuses, plus flexible remote or hybrid options.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and NC State Bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years in plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation.
• Stable employment history with long tenure expected.
• Spanish language fluency preferred.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-litigation PI files from intake to resolution.
• Draft demand letters and negotiate with insurers.
• Maintain compassionate client communication.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
• Assist with litigation matters when needed.
