Work includes handling cases from filing to trial, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in depositions and mediations. Travel to HQ in GA is occasional.
Qualifications
- 2–8 years in litigation; trial experience preferred.
- Licensed in SC, GA, TN, or NC; multi-state licensure required.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases from filing to trial.
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
- Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
- Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation.
