ELG Injury Lawyers in Oregon seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to handle 75–90 cases from intake to settlement. This is a fully remote role for candidates residing in Oregon or Washington, supported by intake and medical records teams and legal assistants.

You will communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurers; prepare demand packages; and help move cases from pre-litigation to litigation.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Oregon PI pre-litigation case management experience.
• 2–3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon and Washington PI laws and procedures.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Remote work capable; tech-savvy and independent.
• Familiarity with Filevine and Lead Docket is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of 75-90 cases from intake through demand and settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Coordinate with intake, medical records team and legal assistants.
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Support transition of cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
