Job summary

RecruitPod Global LLC is expanding its Oregon PI practice and seeking an experienced associate to own a pre-suit caseload and carry cases through litigation when needed. The role emphasizes pre-suit evaluation, damages, and insurer negotiations with a remote team backing our attorneys.

You will handle auto and premises liability cases, take depositions, draft pleadings, and oversee case strategy with case managers, while remaining engaged through trial when necessary.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with the Oregon State Bar (WA license a plus).
• Experience handling pre-suit and litigation in plaintiff-side personal injury cases.
• Skilled in evaluating liability and damages and negotiating with insurers.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload from pre-suit through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-suit caseload of auto and premises liability cases.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and strategy with case managers.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Take cases from pre-suit to filing and through trial when needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; defend depositions; attend mediations/arbitrations.
