ELG Injury Lawyers in Oregon seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to handle 75–90 cases from intake to settlement. This is a fully remote role for candidates residing in Oregon or Washington, supported by intake and medical records teams and legal assistants.

You will communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurers; prepare demand packages; and help move cases from pre-litigation to litigation.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of Oregon PI pre-litigation case management experience.
• 2–3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon and Washington PI laws and procedures.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Remote work capable; tech-savvy and independent.
• Familiarity with Filevine and Lead Docket is a plus.

We’re ELG Injury Lawyers, a fast-growing Oregon-based personal injury law firm, and we’re looking for an experienced, self-driven Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role, but applicants must reside in Oregon or Washington and have experience working cases in both states. Applicants that don't reside in Oregon or Washington will not be considered.

About the Role:

You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 75-90 cases from intake through demand and settlement, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. You will be supported by an intake and medical records team as well as legal assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage injury cases through the pre‑litigation phase


• Manage the collection of medical records, bills, and lien info


• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the process


• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations


• Support the transition of the case from pre‑litigation to litigation

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of Oregon personal injury pre‑litigation case management experience


• 2–3 years of personal injury litigation experience


• Strong understanding of Oregon and Washington PI laws and procedures


• Excellent organization, follow‑through, and communication skills


• Tech‑savvy and able to work independently in a remote environment


• Familiarity with Filevine and Lead Docket is a plus


• Must be based in Oregon or Washington
