Job summary

Washington Injury Law seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to independently manage a caseload of 50–60 active cases through the pre-litigation phase. This fully remote role owns the client relationship end-to-end, including communication, medical treatment coordination, and lien resolution through demand.

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, coordinate with medical providers and insurers, and prepare demand letters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
• Experience with Filevine or similar CM software.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50–60 active cases in pre-litigation.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate with medical providers and insurers.
• Prepare demand letters within 30 days of complete docs.
• Identify and negotiate medical liens ahead of settlement.
• Maintain accurate case files across Filevine, Outlook, and Case Status.
