The role emphasizes organization, detail-orientation, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting within EST hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience as Litigation Paralegal, Case Manager or similar legal support role.
• Experience handling personal injury cases.
• Experience managing both prelitigation and litigation matters.
• Experience obtaining and organizing medical records.
• Experience preparing settlement demand packages.
• Experience opening and managing insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm procedures.
• Organize electronic and physical case files.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Track, schedule and manage critical deadlines.
• Monitor case progress and maintain accurate records.
• Open and manage insurance claims with carriers and relevant parties.
• Prepare and assemble settlement demand packages and related documents.
• Obtain, review, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with administrative and legal support tasks for personal injury matters.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and ongoing litigation needs.
• Manage prelitigation and litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
