Job summary

TopDog Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to own Arkansas pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement or handoff to litigation. The role centers on maximizing settlement value and accelerating case velocity while maintaining quality and client service.

The attorney will work remotely as part of a national-scale practice, collaborating with paralegals and the Arkansas litigation team. Requires Arkansas Bar admission and 5–10 years of PI experience.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and strong negotiation and writing abilities.
• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare demand packages and pleadings.
• Experience managing a high-volume personal injury caseload.
• Active Arkansas Bar admission and JD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Arkansas pre-litigation caseload from intake to settlement or suit.
• Evaluate liability and damages to build strong demand packages and negotiate pre-suit settlements.
• Direct case strategy with paralegal support for medical records and documentation.
• Identify cases for litigation and coordinate clean handoffs to the Arkansas litigation team.
• Negotiate with adjusters and carriers with knowledge of Arkansas settlement practices.
• Provide timely case status updates and collaborate with leadership on pod performance.
