10x Recruitment is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Lit + Litigation) in a fully remote role from Virginia. The attorney will manage cases from early-stage evaluation through litigation, while supervising pre-litigation demands and ensuring strong case strategy.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in personal injury, with active Virginia Bar licensure and proven writing, negotiation, and case management skills. Daily collaboration with the legal team is required.

Competenze

Active Virginia Bar license required.
2–5+ years' experience in personal injury (pre-litigation and/or litigation).
Experience handling or supporting litigation cases.
Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Mansioni

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
Review, approve, and guide pre-litigation demand packages.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Prepare cases for trial as needed.
Provide strategic direction on case development and valuation.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of the case.
