Job summary

MOVE is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join the team remotely. You will manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement, coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters while drafting legal documents and maintaining case files.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of pre-litigation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with case management software and MS Office. This is a remote position with a strong support system and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field.
• 2–3 years in personal injury pre-litigation case management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Two professional references and a recent background check.
• Complete intake paperwork including tax ID before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-litigation PI cases from intake to settlement.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Draft legal documents and demand letters.
• Gather medical records and evidence.
• Maintain case files and update tracking systems.
• Assist attorneys with settlements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures.
• Prepare case status reports.
• Support attorneys with ad hoc tasks.
