Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Ability to mentor attorneys and staff

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and manage a team of personal injury litigation attorneys
• Oversee complex personal injury cases from filing through trial or settlement
• Develop litigation strategy and provide direction on case value, liability, damages, and risk
• Manage pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Train, mentor, and support litigation attorneys and legal staff
• Review attorney performance and provide ongoing guidance and feedback
• Support growth of the firm's litigation department
