Job summary

CEO Lawyer is expanding its Personal Injury practice and seeking a Litigation Attorney licensed in one or more of the Southeast states to join our remote team. You will handle personal injury cases from filing to trial, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations.

With unlimited PTO and a fully remote work environment, you will collaborate with a fast-growing firm that emphasizes growth, mentorship, and national brand expansion on social media.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years in litigation; trial experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in 1+ of SC, GA, TN, NC
• Adaptable, strong client advocacy and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation
