A leading legal recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney. This remote role requires managing personal injury cases, including filing lawsuits and participating in mediation. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in individual cases, is licensed to practice in Texas, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. A candidate comfortable with independent work in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials.
• 1st chair trial experience is preferred.
• MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS.
• Expertise in personal injury cases from inception to trial or settlement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Manage a variety of personal injury cases including car accidents and slip and fall incidents.
• Filing lawsuits and drafting responses to written discovery.
• Participate in mediation and handle all aspects of the litigation process.
