A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Lit + Litigation) to handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigation matters within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases from early-stage evaluation through litigation, while also overseeing and approving pre-litigation demands.

Position Overview

The Attorney will be responsible for managing an active caseload, handling litigation matters, and providing oversight on pre-litigation files to ensure strong case strategy and value maximization.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position requiring daily collaboration with the legal team.
