Atrium is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a growing practice. This fully remote role involves handling a complete litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including negotiation and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will hold an active license in at least one U.S.

jurisdiction and demonstrate strong advocacy and client-service orientation. Starting compensation is competitive (starting around $100k+ per year) with commission and performance-based

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Hands-on litigation experience, including discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and civil litigation procedures.

Mansioni

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement, trial, or verdict.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to advance cases efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and court rules.
