TopDog Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead a high-performing pre-litigation team in a fully remote role based in New York. You will own the full lifecycle of cases, build case value, mentor staff, and drive exceptional client outcomes while maintaining the firm’s standards of ethics and excellence.

This leadership position requires 5–10 years of Personal Injury experience, NY Bar admission, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New York Bar.
• 5–10 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• Must be located in or near New York State.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pre-litigation team from intake through settlement and coordination with stakeholders.
• Evaluate claims and develop strategic plans to maximize client recovery.
• Mentor paralegals and case managers, set priorities, and foster accountability.
• Own case inventory, manage deadlines and settlements, and ensure consistent client communication.
