Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote personal injury firm growing nationally, based on strategy, speed, and client outcomes. We’re seeking a Case Manager Lead to supervise 3–5 pre-litigation case managers, drive workflow, and partner with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to move cases toward demand and settlement.

You will own medical management, data reporting, and process improvements while balancing a personal caseload of high-value matters.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience supporting personal injury pre-litigation matters in multiple states or Florida.
• Proven experience leading a team of case managers and driving workflow toward settlements.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3-5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers and balance workloads.
• Provide guidance on procedures and documentation standards.
• Ensure case progression aligns with priorities and timelines.
• Coach team and serve as liaison with the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
• Identify and remove blockers to case progression.
• Use dashboards to monitor KPIs and spot underperformance.
