Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote national personal injury firm seeking a Case Manager Lead in New York. You will supervise 3–5 pre-litigation case managers, coordinate case progression, and partner with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to drive timely settlements.

You will own medical management, case documentation, and data reporting, while mentoring staff and maintaining high-quality files, ensuring adherence to firm workflows and standards.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting personal injury pre-litigation across multiple states or NY.
• Proven experience leading a team of case managers and directing workflow toward timely settlements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to summarize medical records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers within the pod and balance workloads.
• Own MRI and advanced treatment rates; ensure diagnostics are tracked and attended.
• Oversee case investigation, documentation, and liability/damages files.
• Use dashboards to evaluate KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Lead onboarding/training for new case managers and develop the team.
